Ordering & quotations
Browse a design or add products to your enquiry cart, then send your request on WhatsApp. A saved selection is not an order. Pricing, availability, dimensions, materials, finishes and any customisation are confirmed in your quotation before an order is agreed.
Delivery & assembly
Share your delivery PIN code and site-access details, including the floor and lift access. We confirm serviceability, delivery and installation availability, charges and arrangements with your quotation.
Returns & cancellations
Please ask us to confirm the cancellation, return and exchange terms applicable to your selected product before placing an order. For an existing order, share your order reference, the issue and relevant photographs so we can review your enquiry.
Warranty & care
Ask us to confirm any applicable warranty and care instructions for your chosen product, material and finish. For product support, send the product or order reference and a description of the issue.
